I am nothing but grateful and overjoyed with our experience working with Stride Mobility! When you have a child with a disability, you deal with a lot of difficulty in getting them what they need. Not only did Stride open my eyes to the newest technology that could help my son and his mobility, but they made the process pain-free. Lynsey and Russ and all of the office staff were thorough and supportive. To see the joy in my sons face after all he’s been through, was priceless! His new power assist manual wheelchair helps him keep up with his friends without fear of being left behind!!! It has truly been life changing and thank you is not nearly enough for Stride!

Kelly and I wanted to drop you a note to tell you how happy we are with her new wheelchair and the whole process with Stride Mobility, especially Kelly and Russ. Kelly did a great job during the whole process which took about 6 months. She was a great advocate for Kelly and kept things moving as quickly as possible. She did a great job working with Kelly’s OT, insurance , and coordinating with Permobil to keep things on track. The delivery of Kelly’s chair was awesome! Kelly and Russ worked with Jim Brown from Permobil to get everything adjusted and programmed to Kelly’s liking. The care and compassion they showed was remarkable as they worked with Kelly to make the chair fit just right. We will never go anywhere else for our wheelchair needs!

Working with Stride is so straightforward and simple. Their business is customer service and taking care of people. You don’t have to deal with phone trees – you actually speak with an individual who responds to your questions and works with you on solutions. One reason we returned to purchase a second chair was we felt they were not only customer-oriented but a privately-owned company with such integrity. They are a reminder of what customer service should be about. This is evident in the CEO; Mark is innovative and will work with designers to ensure the customer has the best fit. And their service is extraordinary!
